Shaved Certified Angus Beef® Prime Rib grilled with onions and mushrooms then served in a grilled torpedo roll with melted Swiss cheese and horseradish mayo.
Served with Brew City fries and a pickle spear.
SPINACH AND KALE SALMON SALAD
A bed of spinach and kale topped with a 5 oz. portion of flame broiled salmon, goat cheese, sliced strawberries, cucumbers and candied walnuts.

Ocean fresh scallops and jumbo shrimp sautéed with oriental style vegetables in our sweet and spicy mango-habanero stir fry sauce then served over a bed of rice pilaf and sprinkled with scallions.
TEXAS RIB EYE
Our 16 oz. hand-carved Angus rib eye dusted with southwestern seasonings, flame broiled to your liking and topped with crispy onion tanglers and fire roasted onions and peppers.
Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
